Simply contact our concierge team via phone or email, or
request services through our website. We'll aim to get back
to you within 24 hours.
We recommend booking services at the time of your booking
or at least 7-14 days before your stay to ensure availability, especially for high-demand services.

Do you charge to list my property?No we don't, and we only charge a % of the total booking.

What is the cost of your management services?Our pricing varies based on the scope of services and property size. We charge a % of the total booking fee. Contact us for a quote.

I want to list my property, what next?Contact us and we'll arrange to view the property in person at a time that is convenient for you, (or we can do this via a phone call if you prefer). We like to check the property in person where possible, take professional photos, fill out any forms and answer any questions you may have.

What if I need to stay in my home?That's fine, just let us know the dates your property is available and we will only list those dates.

Can I list my property with you if it's on another site?Of course, you can, we don't take a deposit from guests until we have confirmation from the property owner that the property is available on those given dates.

Do you handle everything related to the property?Yes, from guest interactions to property maintenance, we manage every aspect of your luxury home, if required.

How do you screen potential guests for my property?We use a thorough screening process, take a holding deposit and secure payment methods to ensure the safety and security of your property.

I don't want anyone to have parties in my houseThat's fine, we do a checklist of guests you are happy to have in your home and we make it clear on our adverts when properties are not suitable for parties/Hen dos/stag dos etc. We also take a deposit from guests prior to them staying for everyone's peace of mind.

How often do you update the property listing on booking sites?We continually optimise your listing with updated pricing strategies, professional photography, and improved descriptions to maximise bookings and revenue.

What if there’s a problem during a guest’s stay?We offer guest support to address any issues that arise during a guest's stay, ensuring both the guests and the property are well taken care of.
